1. Who we are

This privacy policy explains how Launch Ventures Technology Partners FZCO ("Launch Ventures", "we", "us" or "our"), with its registered address at DDP, IFZA Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with the website at launchagents.ai (the "Website"). Launch Agents is a brand and service line of Launch Ventures Technology Partners FZCO.

Launch Ventures Technology Partners FZCO is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers the Website only. When we provide services to a client, personal information processed in the course of those services is governed by our agreement with that client.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a Discovery or contact us, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email address, company, role, the business function you want to improve, the systems you use, your preferred region and any message you write. If you email us or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the Website secure, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This appears in standard server and security logs.

Information from others. If someone refers you to us, or you contact us through a partner, we may receive your name and contact details from them.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Website, and we ask that you do not submit it.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use browser storage to track you. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the Website.

The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf, including Vercel (website hosting and form processing), Resend (email delivery) and Google (font delivery), and our email and business software providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Launch Ventures group offices and team members in our other locations, where needed to respond to you or deliver services.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
  • A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold, merged or restructured, subject to equivalent protection.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our team works across several countries. Our service providers may process personal information outside the UAE, including in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, India, Singapore and Japan. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it, such as relying on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards with our providers, or other permitted transfer mechanisms.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Discovery requests and enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Information about clients and engagements: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
  • Subscription details: until you unsubscribe.
  • Server and security logs: for limited periods set by our hosting provider.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and selecting service providers with recognised security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that has already taken place;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country.

10. Children

The Website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
